It is being increasingly acknowledged that the future of the Christian church is highly dependent upon the quality of its leaders. This realisation reminds us that we are called to make disciples not just decisions.

One of the greatest needs of the present time is to ignite and facilitate the latent potential, resources, creativity and power that are lying largely dormant in the present day church. Leadership needs to be understood not just in terms of position or title, but rather in terms of influence and impact. The need is for a massive multiplication of effective leaders and ministry gifts within the Body of Christ.

In this regard, we seek to serve through the medium of some of the following training and developmental strategies:

• Working alongside leaders and leadership teams in establishing vision and strategic direction
• Training and mentoring initiatives focused on releasing effective leaders and ministries
• Leadership training and development programmes
• Customised conferences, workshops and seminars
• Supporting and facilitating the church through the use of effective tools and resources.
